RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY / রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি 

Return: If you do not wish to accept the order, you must return the product along with the delivery charge.

Delivery Charge: Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT 

Exchange: For size change or product exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The exchange charge must be borne by the customer. 

Exchange Charge: Dhaka Metro: 100 BDT Outside Dhaka Metro: 150 BDT

 Note: The product must remain completely fresh, unused, and in original condition. 

 রিটার্নঃ যদি আপনি অর্ডার গ্রহণ করতে না চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত দিতে হবে। 

ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ঢাকার মধ্যে: ৮০ টাকা ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা

এক্সচেঞ্জ: সাইজ পরিবর্তন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে। 

এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ: ঢাকা মেট্রো: ১০০ টাকা ঢাকার মেট্রোর বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা 

বি:দ্র: প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রেশ, অব্যবহৃত এবং আসল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। 

SHOE SIZE POLICY / সাইজ নীতি

Wrong size ordered by customer → exchange possible, delivery charge applies. Wrong size sent by mistake → VIBEST bears cost

কাস্টমার ভুল সাইজ নিলে এক্সচেঞ্জ হবে, তবে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমার বহন করবে। ভুল করে VIBEST ভুল সাইজ পাঠালে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কোম্পানি বহন করবে।
